PAYMENT & PROCESSING

I respect your privacy and will never sell or share any of your information with anyone. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and accepted through all major credit/debit cards, and Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal!

Ready to ship items are shipped within 2-3 business days.  Production time for custom orders is assessed individually depending on the complexity of design/availability of materials. Your items will be mailed securely in a bubbled mailer. In order to save on paper, no printed receipt will be included.

SHIPPING

I currently ship only to the United States and South Korea. If you are located elsewhere, please contact me before you place your order and I will get a shipping quote & then you can decide whether you would like to proceed with an order.

I ship your order to the address you provide, so please make sure your information is entered correctly.  

Orders are shipped from South Korea using Korea Post and do NOT automatically come with a tracking number or insurance.  If you'd like to purchase tracking or insurance, please add the option to your cart before you place your order.

Shipping within South Korea may take up to 10 business days. Orders to the U.S. and other International locations vary (between 1-3 weeks) but times vary by destination.  Once ordered, you can be sure your item will be on its way as soon as possible!

*** Customers located in Area II (Yongsan) and elsewhere in Seoul may opt to arrange local pick up-- simply check out using code PICKYONG in order to waive the shipping fee. I will contact you within 1-2 business days after you place you order to arrange pick up. ***

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If there is a defect or error on my part in your item, you may return it WITHIN 7 calendar days of receipt of the item, as long as the product is in its original, unused condition, but please contact me beforehand to discuss how to best proceed! You may be refunded or the item replaced at no cost to you. Any refund, minus the shipping fee, will be issued within 7 business days after I receive the item.

Custom items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT EXCHANGEABLE due to their custom nature.

If you purchase shipping with tracking and don't receive your order within 45 business days, please contact me! I will do my best to assist in locating your package.
